TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. A recording is only available to book per block NOT per hour, ie; 2-hour block or 4-hour blocks etc.
   If you book 4 hours but only use 3, you will NOT be refunded for the hour you didn’t use.
    

2. If you book 4 hours but need 5 you can pay the per-hour price in the session at £40 per hour.
    

3. Booking Slots are non-transferable, meaning you cannot book 4 hours and split them between 2 sessions or book 4 hours and use another hour for another session.
    

4. Each recording now comes with a FREE STANDARD Mix and AI Master.
    

5. A high-quality WAV must be supplied for the stem separation process to be effective, MP3 are NOT permitted. If the WAV quality is not sufficient, a Stem recording session cannot be booked. 
    

6. You can only record over a MAXIMUM of 50 individual stems (Excluding the recorded vocal stems).
    

7. You will get 2 versions of the song. 
   One MP3 version optimised for phones. 
   One High-Quality Wav/AIFF version optimised for iTunes, Spotify & and YouTube.
    

8. It will take roughly 2 hours to finish ONE song from start to end,
   this includes the recording and mixing so please leave roughly 30 mins to 1 hour of your recording session to be eligible for a standard mix. 
    

9. The Standard Mix CAN be edited outside of the recording session. You will get 1 FREE Revision for any additional changes. If you require any additional changes afterwards, a new recording session will need to be booked. Keep in mind it is still a Standard Mix (Read Here For Details) so any extensive mixing will be null and void.
    

10. A non-refundable deposit of £60 must be paid beforehand in order to book a session, If you haven't deposited the non-refundable deposit your session will not be booked. Bookings cannot be reserved without payment.
     

11. The remaining full booking payment must be paid 24 hours before the booking (unless agreed otherwise) to attend the recording session.
